Durnstein Castle
The ruins of castle Durnstein, in Austria, where English King Richard the Lionhearted was held prisoner in 1192 as he returned to England from the Crusades, and was ransomed by his mother, Eleanor of Acquitaine. The river seen from the top of the mountain where the castle ruins sit is the Danube.
