Sittee River
This is a picture of the Sittee River, slightly inland from the ocean in southern Belize. We saw toucans flying overhead, crocodiles, and all kinds of iguanas in the trees.

I could sit and just watch the ocean for hours.

I was looking at pictures from Morocco recently, and pulled out a few showing the beautiful, geometric designs that we saw there, done in tile, plaster, and wood.

In about two weeks we’ll be in Belize, and I’m certainly ready for topical beaches! (This picture is of Playa del Carmen in Mexico, though.)
